Autopilots are microcontroller-based control boards that read in information from sensors and output commands to motors, servos, or other actuators. If you are building your own robotic vehicle, hobby airplane, multicopter, car, boat, or anything else, an autopilot can control it. The autopilots we make are compatible with Paparazzi, an Open Source software project that runs on both the autopilot and a remote 'ground station' control computer.

Inertial Measurement Units (IMUs) are groups of sensors such as accelerometers, gyroscopes, magnetometers, and barometers that can be used to estimate the position, speed, and acceleration of the vehicle in which they are installed.

We recommend that all autopilot and sensor products be used in accordance with FAA, AMA and/or any other applicable laws/guidelines.
