The Black Magic Probe Mini (BMPM) is an in-application programming and debugging tool for the STM32 Cortex-M3 microcontrollers on Lisa/M and Lia.
It is able to control and examine the state of the target microprocessor using a JTAG or Serial Wire Debugging (SWD) port and on-chip debug logic provided by the microprocessor. The probe connects to a host computer using a standard USB interface. The user is able to control exactly what happens using the GNU source level debugging software, GDB.
- Female mini-USB port for connection to host computer
- 10-pin ribbon connector (identical to that used by FLOSS JTAG) for JTAG and SWD connection to target device
- 4-pin female Picoblade connector (identical to that used by FLOSS JTAG) for TTL-level serial connection to the target device.
The BMPM is available with and without the ribbon and serial cables.
